Celebrating 12 years of Krakens!
The Cross Creek Krakens swim team (CCKST) is part of the West Houston Aquatics League with 35 teams and over 4000 swimmers. The upcoming 2025 season will mark the 12th anniversary of the Krakens team. We have delivered on our goals to create a fantastic team and have fun while promoting youth fitness, team spirit and a sense of community pride. The team is managed by volunteers and funded through registration fees and sponsors. We hope to have your sponsorship support to make this year another rewarding year for our youth.
Sponsorships are a great way to enhance company name recognition through exposure to a sizeable demographic in the West Houston/Katy area while at the same time, supporting youth development activities in our local community.

Platinum Sponsorship - $2,000 and Over
- Your company will receive Industry Exclusivity at the platinum level.
- Your logo will appear on a CCKST swag item. Note: Corporate exclusivity on a swag item requires sponsorship to cover the cost of the merchandise with the sponsor’s logo or $2,500, whichever is greater. (If merchandise is in excess of $2,500, CCKST will supply proof of final cost to sponsor).
- Prime placement of your Corporate logo on our team website (Home - Cross Creek Krakens Swim Team (swimtopia.com)) with a link to your corporate website.
- Prime placement of your Corporate logo* on our team vinyl sponsor banner which will be displayed at:
- All CCKST hosted and invitational 2024 swim meets.
- Other CCKST hosted events, such as membership drives and other team events.
- Personalized banner displayed at CCKST 2024 home swim meets
- Ability to include marketing materials in our swag bag (distributed to each swimmer at the beginning of the season).

Diamond Sponsorship - $1,000
- Your corporate logo will be on our team website (Home - Cross Creek Krakens Swim Team (swimtopia.com)) with link to your corporate website homepage.
- Your logo will appear on a CCKST swag item of CCKST choosing.
- Your corporate logo* will be on our team vinyl sponsor banner to be displayed at:
- All CCKST hosted and invitational 2024 swim meets.

Silver Sponsorship - $250

Bronze Sponsorship - $100
- Corporate logo* on vinyl meet banner to be displayed at CCKST hosted 2024 swim meets.
In-Kind Sponsorship
In-Kind sponsorships in excess of $250 of goods and/or services that would be incurred as operating expenses in the normal course of business by the CCKST Swim Team will be considered on an individual basis. Benefits for in-kind sponsorships will be determined by the CCKST Directors, with benefits not to exceed those outlined above for cash sponsors. In-kind sponsor logos are excluded from placement on swag items.
Family and Friends Sponsorship/Fundraiser
The sponsorships listed above appeal primarily to corporations because of the marketing benefits offered. However, "Family and Friends" sponsorships are available for parents, grandparents, and friends who wish to support their swimmers on a fundraising basis. Pricing is as follows for 2024 CCKST hosted swim meets: $50 to appear on the team banner.

* Sponsoring company responsible for providing high resolution image of company logo/name for banner printing. If this is not provided, a plain text version of sponsoring company name will be selected by CCKST for printing on meet banner
