Meet Sign Ups - Declaring your swimmer
Your child MUST BE signed up to swim at a meet. If they do not sign up, they will NOT be allowed to swim at the meet. It is important to declare your swimmer for every meet whether your child is attending or not.
To declare a swimmer for meets, please do the following:
- Login to your account (upper right corner)
- Go to Meets - Swim Meets & Important Dates
- Click on the green "Meet Entry" icon for each available meet
- Click on "Edit"
- For each child listed please select "Attending" or "Not attending" this meet and indicate availability for relays. You may select all, only early, only late, or no relays. If you declare for relays, please ensure your swimmer stays for their relay as three other athletes are depending on him/her
- You may leave a note for the coaches, if your child does not want to swim a certain stroke, for example
- Click on "Save" to finalize your selections
Please email the Technology Coordinator and Head Coach(es) immediately if sign up has closed and your child is signed up to attend but will not be able to do make it due to illness or unforeseen circumstance.
